Terms & conditions
1.1 The Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relations between a customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and Suusakeskus AS, the owner of the online shopping https://suusakool.kuutsemae.ee (as the Suusakeskuste AS online booking page), regarding the purchase of services and products rights and terms.
1.2 In addition to these Terms and Conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of services and products through the Suusakeskuste AS online booking shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. A person at least 18 years of age and having legal rights may carry out transactions in the booking reservation page. The person whose bank account or credit card is used to make the payment is liable for the consequences of the orders.
1.4 Suusakeskuste AS has the right to ask for identification to verify the age of the person and to refuse to execute the order in the case of a minor customer.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices are in euros and include the value added tax applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
3. Payment terms for prepaid products
3.1 The Customer shall pay the full cost of the selected service for the service/product/training purchased by the Customer via the booking environment of Suusakeskuste AS. By paying the fee, the customer confirms that he/she has read and accepts all the terms and conditions made available by the service provider through the online booking.
3.2. The payment of the specified amount in the online booking environment is made through Maksekeskus AS via internet banking or Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card payments. It is possible to pay by transfer through internet banking from the following banks:
Estonia – Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop
Latvia – Swedbank, SEB, Citadele
Lithuania – SEB ja Nordea
Finland – Nordea, Danske, Pohjola, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki ja Handelsbanken
Immediately after completing the bank transfer or card payment, the customer must click the “Return to Merchant” button to ensure the payment is registered promptly.
4. Ordering and order confirmation
4.1.When placing an order, please enter your name, telephone number, e-mail and address in the order system. Your order is confirmed once you have received an order confirmation email.
5. Cancellation, modification and refund of the order
5.1 The ski school has the right to cancel the service if the client fails to show up for the booked service within 15min from the agreed time.
5.2. Refunds are issued only for bookings canceled or modified within the allowed timeframe. You have the right to cancel or change a training session with the possibility of a refund if the modification is made more than 48 hours before the training. Refunds for timely canceled training sessions will be processed via bank transfer within 3 (three) business days. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking.
5.3. Amendment of the Order. Modification of the order shall be made at the customer's request by e-mail to suusakool@kuutsemae.ee. Any change to the booking made more than 48 hours before the training will be made free of charge. When placing a new order, the price and the available training category may have changed. The ski school will accept a medical certificate for the change of course. The resulting change will be made within a reasonable period of time for the first available available lesson. 5.4. To cancel or modify a training course, please send an e-mail to suusakool@kuutsemae.ee.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 The personal data provided when placing an order and making a purchase in the online booking environment is confidential and will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act. Suusakeskuste AS will not disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties without the Customer's consent.
7. Obligations of Suusakeskuste AS towards the customer
7.1 If you have received confirmation of your order, but it turns out that Suusakeskuste AS is unable to provide service you have ordered, Suusakeskutse AS is obliged to provide you with the same level of service at another time of your choice at no extra charge.
7.2 Suusakeskuste AS shall carry out the specifically ordered service/training and shall not be obliged to change the nature or content of the ordered service/training.
8. Other
8.1 Any disputes arising between the Customer and Suusakeskus AS in connection with ordering and purchasing services through the booking environment shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the Customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board to protect his/her rights. Disputes and issues not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
