Study rules

SKI SCHOOL Q & A HERE

  • Ski School will provide study according to the service specifically ordered
  • Individual study means teaching one person
  • Skiing from the age of 5yrs, snowboarding from the age of 7yrs.
  • Learning for young children, from 3 years booking is a separate category.
  • Ski School not provide group lessons for beginners and advance skiers together
  • Group lessons are only available for students over 8 years old
  • Instructor can change group or split group or change service if necessary
  • If service change is necessary, instructor will inform client to get approve of change service or price
  • Instructor will wait client at MEETING POINT
  • Ski School can cancel service if client will dealay 15min of service time, without notice before.

Rules for the Conduct of Skiers and Snowboarders

  • A skier or snowboarder must move in control. He must adapt his speed and manner of skiing or snowboarding to his personal ability and to the prevailing conditions of terrain, snow and weather as well as to the density of traffic.
  • A skier or snowboarder must behave in such a way that he does not endanger or prejudice others.

  • A skier or snowboarder coming from behind must choose his route in such a way that he does not endanger skiers or snowboarders ahead.
  • A skier or snowboarder may overtake another skier or snowboarder above or below and to the right or to the left provided that he leaves enough space for the overtaken skier or snowboarder to make any voluntary or involuntary movement.
  • A skier or snowboarder entering a marked run, starting again after stopping or moving upwards on the slopes must look up and down the slopes that he can do so without endangering himself or others.
  • Unless absolutely necessary, a skier or snowboarder must avoid stopping on the slope in narrow places or where visibility is restricted. After a fall in such a place, a skier or snowboarder must move and clear of the slope as soon as possible.
  • A skier or snowboarder either climbing or descending on foot must keep to the side of the slope.
  • A skier or snowboarder must respect all signs and markings
  • At accidents, every skier or snowboarder is duty bound to assist. Every skier or snowboarder and witness, whether a responsible party or not, must exchange names and addresses following an accident.

NB! IT IS COMPULSORY TO WEAR A HELMET FOR THE DURATION OF THE SKI SCHOOL COURSE!

Rules for using the lift

  • Don't get on the ski lift until you're sure that both the lift and the slope are within your reach.
  • Do not use loose clothing or equipment that could get caught on the lift's anchor.
  • Follow the signs and information boards for getting on and off the lift. If necessary, contact staff.
  • Once the previous pair has picked up the lift and started moving, proceed to the marked departure point.
  • Do not sit on the anchor lift.
  • Stay on the ascent track-line on the lift. It is not allowed to make "slalom" on lift, as this may cause accidents and/or stall the lift.
  • If you fall on the lift, let go of the towing device and clear the way moving to side to clear lift line.
  • Leave the ski lift only at the designated place.
  • The administration of the ski centre has the right to refuse to provide services or to cancel a ski pass if the client does not comply with the rules set by the centre. The staff, instructors and ski patrols of the ski centre have the right to issue orders, if necessary, to suspend the validity of the ski pass. It is the client's responsibility to present the ski pass for inspection.

Snow Park rules

  • Always wear a helmet and protective equipment.
  • Familiarise yourself with all the elements of the snow park before descending.
  • Use the elements of the park according to your skills and don't overestimate your abilities.
  • Make sure the landing area is clear before you jump.
  • A skier or snowboarder coming from behind must choose his route in such a way that he does not endanger skiers or snowboarders ahead.
  • Only stop where you are clearly visible to others.
  • Take account of weather conditions.
